My Question: What to do with my inkjet printer?
Got a pretty old printer (it’s a brother brand, fyi NEVER get this brand).
I let this printer sit down in the basement for…oh at least a year (maybe two). It seems in that time the brand changed it’s ink cartridges shape… much to my dismay when I tried to put ink in it.
This kind of depresses me because I need a printer, and hate to think of the still perfectly functioning thing is now just trash.
I’d like to know if there are places who recycle old printers and other machines and if so are there places that will give you some cash for them.
***It’s an ink jet printer, but it’s also a scanner and fax machine***
Surely SOMEONE can do SOMETHING with the perfectly usable/recyclable parts inside.
(With the fact that I now need a printer, perhaps someone could guide me to an affordable brand. I know many come in a package deal with computers, but I just need the printer.)
